Capabilities

Four processes, one continuous line

Run them individually or chain them together — extract, capture the aroma, then finish as a concentrate, a powder or a syrup.

  1. 01

    Water extraction

Gentle hot- and cold-water extraction of fresh or dried material. Clean-label, solvent-free, and suited to polyphenol-, caffeine- and colour-rich botanicals.

    In
Fresh leaf, dried leaf, coffee, fruit, botanicals
    Out
    Liquid extracts and concentrates
  2. 02

    Aroma recovery

Volatile aromas released during processing are captured and concentrated rather than lost — for recombination into your product or supply as a natural aroma.

    In
    Fresh material or process streams
    Out
    Natural aroma concentrates
  3. 03

    Spray drying

Liquid extracts finished to free-flowing, soluble powders, with or without carriers, for dry blends, sachets, capsules and ready-to-mix formats.

    In
    Extracts and concentrates
    Out
Soluble powders in lined bulk packs
  4. 04

    Syrups

Pourable, shelf-stable syrups built on your extract — sweetener system, acidity and preservation designed with you, then hot-filled.

    In
    Extracts, aromas, sweeteners
    Out
    Bulk and food-service syrups

Services

Two ways to work with us

Custom products

We develop it to your brief

You bring the concept and target specification; our team and technical partners develop the extract, powder or syrup, run trials and scale it up. You approve the final spec before production.

  • Concept and specification workshop
  • Bench trials and sample rounds
  • Specification, shelf-life and pack format sign-off
  • Ongoing production under your label or for your brand

Toll processing

You supply, we process

You own the raw material and the finished goods. We receive it, process it to agreed parameters and return it with batch records — ideal for growers, co-operatives and brands with their own supply.

  • Receival, inspection and lot allocation
  • Processing to agreed parameters
  • Yield and batch reporting per run
  • Finished goods packed and dispatched to you

How it works

From first call to production run

  1. 01

    Enquiry & NDA

Tell us the material, target product and volumes. We sign a confidentiality agreement before the detail.

  2. 02

    Feasibility

We confirm the route, the equipment fit and an indicative cost per batch.

  3. 03

    Bench trial

Small-scale trials on your material, with samples and results back to you.

  4. 04

    Pilot batch

A run on the production line to confirm yield, quality and specification.

  5. 05

    Production

Scheduled runs with lot records, a certificate of analysis per batch and dispatch.

Materials

Built for tea. Suited to much more.

The line was designed around fresh green tea leaf, but the same processes work on a wide range of tropical and botanical crops. If you grow or buy it, ask us whether we can process it.

  • Green & black tea
  • Coffee cherry & bean
  • Banana & tropical fruit
  • Herbs & leaves
  • Native botanicals
  • Processing by-products

Every new material is assessed for food safety and allergen risk before it enters the facility.

Quality & food safety

Documented from receival to dispatch

HACCP-based programme

A documented food-safety plan covering receival, processing, filling and storage.

FSSC 22000 pathway

The Glen Allyn site is working towards FSSC 22000 v6 certification.

Lot traceability

Every batch linked back to its incoming material, with GS1 Digital Link lot records.

Certificate per batch

A certificate of analysis and batch record supplied with every production run.

Confidentiality

NDAs as standard. Your formulation, your process parameters and your data stay yours.

Approved facility

Operating under local council food-business approval, with filtered process water.

The site

A processing hall on a working estate

Glen Allyn sits on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland: red volcanic soil, reliable rainfall and a 320-hectare tea estate. Fresh material moves from field to line without long-haul transport — which is what makes fresh-leaf extraction and aroma recovery possible.
